Frequently asked gardening related questions

How often should I water my roses?

Water deeply and infrequently. Most roses need about 1 to 2 inches of water per week, either from rainfall or irrigation. It's best to water early in the morning at the base of the plant, avoiding wetting the leaves to prevent fungal issues. During hot or windy weather, you may need to increase watering frequency. Mulching around the base helps retain moisture and reduce weed competition.
