Calla lilies do not perform well in low light conditions. They require bright, indirect light to grow strong, healthy foliage and to produce flowers. In low-light environments, the stems may become leggy, and blooming may not occur at all. If your indoor space lacks natural light, consider supplementing with a full-spectrum grow light for 10-12 hours a day. Avoid direct sunlight, however, which can scorch the leaves, especially when filtered through glass.
